My unit does not work anymore because there is a conflict in operation modes.

Why is this happening and how can I solve this?

In case of multi-indoor systems, the indoor units cannot operate in incompatible operation modes (e.g. cooling and heating). When changing operation modes, priority will be given to the priority unit (see the manual of your indoor unit for more information). The non-priority units will be set to standby mode in case the operation mode is not compatible with the selected operation mode on the priority indoor unit.
 
To solve the mode conflict, the operation modes of the priority and non-priority unit should be the same or compatible or the unit(s) should be turned OFF.
