Daikin introduces Daikin360 at ISH 2025

A new standard for HVAC services

Brussels, 24 March 2025 – At ISH 2025 in Frankfurt, Daikin introduced Daikin360, a comprehensive service and solutions framework designed to provide long-term support for HVAC systems. Daikin360 is a unified framework that brings together Daikin’s existing service offerings under one recognisable brand. It provides a structured, lifecycle-based approach to HVAC system management, enhancing efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

A holistic approach to HVAC services

Daikin has long been recognised as a leader in HVAC innovation, but in today’s world, customers demand more than just high-performance systems - they need reliable, long-term service solutions. Daikin360 was created to address this need, consolidating Daikin’s diverse service offerings under one cohesive, recognisable brand, ensuring customers experience a seamless, end-to-end approach to HVAC system management.

Why now? Responding to industry challenges

The HVAC sector is undergoing significant transformation. Stricter energy efficiency regulations, increasing operational costs, and the drive towards carbon neutrality require businesses to adopt more proactive and sustainable approaches to system management. Daikin360 provides a structured response to these challenges, ensuring customers can optimise performance while reducing environmental impact.

The advantages of Daikin360

Unlike traditional service models, Daikin360 offers a structured framework, ensuring businesses receive customised solutions that align with their operational and sustainability goals. Key advantages include:

  • A fully integrated service model – Supporting every stage of the HVAC lifecycle, from commissioning to modernisation and rentals for short or long term needs.
  • Advanced digital capabilities – Utilising Daikin Cloud Plus and Daikin On Site for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.
  • Adaptability for local markets – Designed to be flexible, allowing tailored service solutions that align with regional requirements.
  • A structured yet practical approach – Ensuring simplicity and transparency in service offerings, making it easier for businesses to access and implement long-term solutions.

A stronger identity for Daikin’s service portfolio

Traditionally, HVAC services have often been viewed as secondary to equipment sales. With Daikin360, services are given their own strong, independent identity, making it easier for customers to access and engage with the full range of service solutions available. Having made a successful debut at ISH 2025, Daikin360 is set to establish a new benchmark for HVAC service excellence across Europe.
